RoLanda Wilkins has dedicated more than 35 years to strengthening women, girls, babies, and families. Her leadership has reached schools, community organizations, clinics, and international initiatives.

Before founding Earth Mama Healing Foundation, RoLanda served in national and international leadership with Birthing Project USA. Her work helped support healthy births, build maternal-care efforts, and connect communities in the United States and abroad—including work in Honduras.

Today, she brings that experience to youth development, program design, community engagement, and consulting. Her belief is simple: when a girl is supported in making strong choices, she helps build a stronger family and a stronger society.
